Gurita is an all-in-one property management system for resorts, hotels, liveaboard dive vessels and dive centers. Reservations, front desk, point of sale, billing, finance, dive operations, CRM and reporting all live in one secure system.

Three per-property plans, billed monthly or yearly: Basic at €120/mo, Advanced at €150/mo and Premium at €200/mo. Advanced adds guests & CRM, financial tools and analytics; Premium adds online payments and OTA/channel integrations.

No. Every plan is priced per property, with unlimited staff accounts.
Yes. Pricing scales up or down with your business, and you can cancel to the end of your contract period, monthly or yearly. You can export your data at any time.

No. A new release ships roughly every two weeks, and feature requests that align with other customers are implemented free of charge within our regular development cycle.
