The Guest Portal
Requires the Guest Portal module (Settings → Active Modules).
The Guest Portal is a self-service website for your guests, branded with your own colours and logo. From a link in the booking confirmation email — or by signing in with just their booking number — guests can review their stay, fill in the guest form, add extras, pay their balance, upload documents, check in online, message reception directly, and follow their loyalty points, all without calling the front desk. Front-desk, reservations, and marketing staff configure it once under Settings → Guest Portal; day to day, staff only see its effects — a message in the booking's Comment tab, a completed guest form, a payment on the folio, a guest arriving already checked in.
The module toggle only makes the feature available; the portal itself has its own Active switch, login methods, branding, and per-property overrides — all covered in this chapter.
Note: This is a different, newer area from the Club described in the CRM chapter. The Club is a loyalty-only member area (
/club/login) a guest can join independently of any booking. The Guest Portal described here (/portal/…) is tied to a specific booking and covers the whole guest journey — forms, payments, check-in, and more — with its own loyalty tab included.
