The All Allotments list
Individual contracts live on their agency. All Allotments (/allotments) is the cross-agency view — every contract, every resort, in one list.
All Allotments list
Each row shows the agency, the contract number and name, the resort, the hold period, the status and the release. The agency name links to the agency; the contract name opens the contract.
Releasing soon
The Releasing soon filter is what makes this a daily view rather than an archive: it narrows the list to contracts whose cut-off falls inside the next few days, so you can see what is about to come back to you — and which agencies are about to lose inventory they may still want.
Pair it with the resort filter when you run more than one property.
Utilization and revenue per row
Expanding a row loads that contract's utilization bar, its activation report and its lifecycle history without leaving the list. They are loaded per row rather than up front, so the list stays fast with a lot of contracts.
Where contracts are created
Not here. This list is read-and-act only — new contracts are written on the agency page, because a contract without an agency does not mean anything. The empty state links straight to the agencies list.
Who can access this: requires the Allotments (read) permission. This is a staff-only view: agency users with self-service access reach their own contracts through their agency page and never see other agencies' contracts here.
