Itineraries, Schedules & Vessel Lists ​

This chapter covers the trip pipeline that liveaboard operations run on: the itinerary (the reusable route a boat sails), the schedule (one dated departure of that route, the thing guests actually book), and the vessel lists (the manifests and guest lists you print for each departure or date). It's written for reservations staff, cruise directors, and operations managers — anyone who plans a season, sells cabins, or hands the crew a passenger list.

Most of this chapter needs the Liveaboard module and the matching permissions (Itineraries, Trips, Vessels); the list printing for land properties needs the Resort module. If a page described here is missing from your menus, ask an administrator to check Settings → Active Modules (see Settings & Administration).

  • Bookings — booking a cabin on a trip, and the Trip Calendar view of your departures.
  • The Folio & Invoicing — how a booked trip becomes charges on the guest's bill.
  • Dive — the dive sites an itinerary visits, and the day-to-day dive schedule on board.
  • CRM & Customers — guest forms, the source of most manifest columns.
  • Reports — the Itinerary report for revenue and occupancy per trip.
  • Settings & Administration — modules, permissions, and booking settings that affect schedules.
