Company profile
Where: Settings → Company (/config/company)
Your company profile is the legal identity of the business. It appears on invoices, offers, and outgoing emails, so keep it accurate and complete.

Fill in each field and click out of it — the page saves automatically as you leave each field (there is no separate Save button). You'll see a confirmation each time.

| Name | The company's legal / trading name. |
| VAT No | Your VAT identification number. |
| Tax No | Your tax number, where different from the VAT number. |
| Director | The responsible person / managing director, printed on legal documents. |
| Street, ZIP, City, Country | The registered business address. |
| Phone, Email | Public contact details used on documents and as reply-to hints. |
| Website | Your company website address. |
Tip: The company logo, the base currency, and document number formats are set elsewhere — the logo through email branding (see Notification settings), the currency and number defaults under Booking settings → Currency, and the number fields in Booking settings → Generated numbers.
Who can access this: Requires the Settings permission (Update) or Administrator access.
