Settings & Administration
This chapter covers everything under the Settings menu: your company details, the features you turn on and off, booking rules, email, notifications, user accounts and permissions, translations, data imports, OTA channels, the invoice portal, integrations, and to-do templates. These pages control how the whole system behaves, so almost all of them are administrator territory. Front-desk and finance staff rarely need them; owners, managers, and system administrators do.
Note: Most Settings pages require the Administrator role, or at least the Settings permission with Update. Where a specific permission or module is needed, each section says so on its Who can access this line. If a page or menu entry is missing for you, you either lack the permission or the matching module is switched off — ask an administrator.
