Export
Export (Report → Export, /stats/export) is for bulk CSV/Excel downloads of raw datasets, as opposed to the on-screen breakdown tables above.
Who can access this: Requires the Export permission (read). Not gated by a Report switch.
Export page
Pick a tab first — it decides which dataset gets exported — then set your filters:
| Tab | Dataset | Notable filters |
|---|---|---|
| Booking | Every booking matching your filters. | Date basis (Arrival/Departure/either/Created), agency, agency country, guest country, booking status (defaults to Confirmed only), currency. Simple Mode (on by default) keeps the export to core fields — turn it off to also include each guest's guest form dates and answers. |
| Invoice | The priced line items behind each booking's invoice (room, supplements, products, discounts, commission) — the same categories as the Profit/Loss report. | Booking category, booking source. |
| Product | Items sold. | Booking category, booking source, product category, sale channel (On Site/Prepayment/Stock), and Group to combine matching lines into one row. |
| Trip Dates* | Scheduled departures matching your filters. | Date basis, currency. |
| POS** | POS sales for the period. | — |
| Occupancy | The same occupancy dataset as the Report → Occupancy Table, grouped by your chosen Group By. | — |
* Only shown when your company runs a Liveaboard/Vessel. ** Only shown when the POS module is active.
Export page, Invoice tab
Every tab can filter by Asset; every tab except Trip Dates also offers a CSV to XLSX switch to get an Excel file instead of raw CSV.
Once your filters are set, scroll to the template list at the bottom and click the download icon next to the template you want — the same list appears on every tab, but each template renders whichever dataset the active tab points to. Templates are configured under Settings → Booking Settings (Export Booking List Templates) and Settings → Mail Templates — see Settings & Administration.
Tip: Filters like the date range, currency, and asset selection carry over as you switch tabs — double-check them before exporting a different dataset.
Note: There's no scheduling here — every export happens on demand when you click download.
How to read it: pick the tab by what one row should represent, not by habit. Need one row per booking with guest details for a mail merge? Use Booking with Simple Mode off. Need the accounting breakdown behind each invoice line? Use Invoice — the two start from the same bookings but answer different questions.
Exporting a dataset: step by step
- Open Report → Export and pick the tab for the dataset you need (Booking, Invoice, Product, Trip Dates, POS, or Occupancy).
- Set the date range and, where offered, the date basis (arrival, departure, either, or created).
- Narrow it down with the tab's own filters — agency, category, source, country, product category, and so on — and pick which Asset(s) to include.
- Flip CSV to XLSX if you'd rather get an Excel file.
- Scroll to the template list and click the download icon next to the template that matches what you need.
- Your file downloads immediately — there's nothing to schedule, queue, or wait for.
