Dive report
The Dive report (Report → Dives, /stats/dive) covers dive counts, sites, guides, dive-guide workload, a drill-down into the individual dives behind any figure, and the products sold in your dive operation. It is organised into four tabs — Dives, Employees, Report, and Products — that share one date range, Group By, and search.
Who can access this: Requires the Dive Log permission (read) plus the Dive Reports switch. Requires the Dive Log module to be active.
Dive report, Dives tab
- Dives tab — date range + Group By (defaults to Day). Charts: DiveTypes (which dive types happened at your top 10 dive sites), TOP DiveSites (top 20 by number of dives), TOP DiveGuides (top 10 by dives led), DiveGuide & DiveSite (dives per guide, per site), and DiveTime (average dive duration trend per dive type). Anything beyond the top 10/20 is rolled into an Others slice or column rather than dropped. A Print menu appears when your company has configured dive-log print templates (Settings), opening a printable version for the period.
- Employees tab — the same date range + Group By, with a table of every dive guide (name and position) and one column per dive type, showing how many dives of that type they logged.

- Report tab — a drill-down list. Click into any chart on the Dives tab (a dive type, a site, a guide) and the Report tab opens with the individual dive logs behind that slice, for the same date range and grouping. Open any row to view or edit that dive log. Use it to go from a headline number straight to the dives that make it up.
- Products tab — the products sold in your dive operation over the selected period (rental gear, courses, retail, consumables), ranked by quantity and revenue. It uses the same product-sales figures as the Point of Sale and Booking reports, focused on dive activity.

Tip: Read DiveGuide & DiveSite next to TOP DiveGuides — a guide with a high dive count concentrated almost entirely at one site may be worth rotating, to spread site wear and give guests variety.
