Occupancy report ​

The Occupancy report (Report → Occupancy, /stats/occupancy) tracks how full your rooms and beds were, or will be, over time.

Who can access this: Requires the Bookings permission (read) plus the Booking Reports switch. Visible only for Resort assets.

Note: This report always reflects your currently active asset (the one shown in the top-bar asset switcher) — there's no multi-asset picker here. It opens on a forward-looking window, today through the next three months, since it's most often used to check upcoming pace. This is different from the Occupancy planner's own Report tab, which covers paid/outstanding amounts for a single day — see Bookings & Reservations.

  • Occupancy Chart — a stacked column per period, always split into four segments that add up to 100% of capacity: Confirmed, Option / Hold, Blocked (rooms out of order or under maintenance), and Free. Capacity here is counted in beds/guests, not rooms; hover a segment for the exact percentage and the raw guest count behind it.

  • Occupancy Table — one table per calendar year in range. Rows cover both by bed and by room, each as a percentage and as a raw count, once including FOC (free-of-charge/comp guests) and once paid only, plus a bookings count and the number of fully booked ("100%") days. Filter which statuses count towards the percentages with the Status selector (defaults to Confirmed only; add Option/Hold if you want it included). Each year has its own CSV download.

How to read it: compare the "incl. FOC" and "paid only" rows to see how much of your occupancy is complimentary — if Beds (incl. FOC) reads 61% but paid Beds reads 54%, about 7 points of that month's occupancy came from comped guests rather than paying ones.
