Itinerary report
The Itinerary report (Report → Itineraries, /stats/tour) shows how each of your itineraries and their individual trip dates are performing — bookings, cabins/beds sold, and revenue against target.
Who can access this: Requires the Bookings permission (read) plus the Booking Reports switch. Visible only when your company has a Liveaboard/Vessel asset.
Itinerary report, Year view
- Year tab — pick a year (each year in the dropdown shows how many bookings it has). One table per itinerary lists: name (with its own CSV/Excel download), bookings, trip dates, current revenue, target revenue, and Reached — a colour-coded percentage (current ÷ target). Expand a row to see the same figures for each individual departure that year, including cabins booked ÷ available and guests booked ÷ default/maximum capacity, split by cabin type when a trip sells more than one.
- Date Range tab — pick a date range and, optionally, one vessel to narrow the same per-departure table to that window: a live status dot, cabins, guests, bookings, current/target revenue, and Reached. Two footer rows total everything in view — Entire year and As of today (only departures from today onward) — handy for a live pickup check.
Tip: Reached is current revenue ÷ target price for that departure. The colour band runs from deep red (under 50%) through red, amber, and yellow toward green as a trip fills up, turning its deepest green once a departure passes 100%. A cancelled departure shows no Reached chip at all — there's nothing left to reach.
How to read it: a departure sitting at 40 of 40 cabins sold but only 82% Reached isn't under-filled — it's fully booked at a lower average rate than planned. Read Reached next to the cabins/guests columns to tell a pricing problem from a filling problem.
