Reports & Analytics
The Report menu is where owners, managers, finance staff, and reservations leads go to see the numbers behind the business: revenue and profit, booking pace and sources, occupancy, hotel performance indicators, dive activity, and raw data exports. Every report reads your existing bookings, payments, and dive logs — there is nothing extra to set up before you can use them.
Note: Each report page needs two things: a data permission (noted per page below, for example Bookings or Booking payments) and your role's matching Report switch — Booking Reports, Finance Reports, Dive Reports, or Hotel Metrics. Both are on by default for new roles; an administrator manages them under Settings → User Roles. See Settings & Administration. Export only needs its permission — it has no separate switch.
