Master Data — Partners, Products & Logistics

This chapter covers the master-data records that power your commercial and logistical operations: the agencies that send you bookings, the employees you assign to work, the products and ingredients you sell, the transfers that move guests, the booking widgets on your website, your media library, and the shared geographical data (regions, harbours, airports, airlines, countries). Room, cabin, price, commission, and terms records live in Master Data — Accommodation & Pricing.

Most of these lists sit under the Master Data menu. You create each record once and reuse it everywhere — on bookings, invoices, the POS, and your public website.
