Reference Catalogues
Three master lists back everything above. Set these up first — they're what you pick from when logging or planning a dive.
Dive Sites
Route: /dive/site (shown as Divesites in the sidebar)

To add a site: click +, enter its Name and Type, fill in whichever depth/temperature/rating fields your team tracks, pick its Destination, then tick which Resort, Vessel, or Dive Center can use it before saving.

Who can access this: Requires the Dive sites permission. Visible when the Dive Log module is active.
Dive Types
Route: /dive/type
A dive type describes the kind of dive (fun dive, try dive, course dive, night dive, …) and links it to a sellable Product so it can be billed. The linked product is also what the dive billing counts: purchases of it entitle dives of this type, and dives beyond the entitlement are charged at its price.

The list's Asset column shows which resort/vessel/dive center a type is restricted to, or All if it's unrestricted.
To add a type: click +, name it, search and link the Product it charges for, and tick Non dive type if this entry is only used for scheduling (a briefing, a snorkeling trip, a tour) rather than an actual dive.

Who can access this: Requires the Dive types permission. Visible when the Dive Log module is active.
Dive Boats
Route: /dive/boat (shown as Dive Boat in the sidebar)
Register every boat you use for dive trips.

Each boat's editor has extra tabs:
- Components — the boat's maintainable parts (engine, hull, electronics, safety, other), each with a name, serial number, manufacturer, and install date. Add or remove rows freely.
- Fuel Log and Maintenance — unlock once the boat is saved; see Boat Maintenance below.
To register a boat: click +, name it, set its Status, and pick a Color for the schedule calendar, then save once so the Fuel Log and Maintenance tabs unlock — add its Components on the second tab.
