Dive Center Guests
Route: /divecenter/guests
If your company runs a Dive Center asset (a shop-style operation without rooms or cabins), this list is your guest roster — everyone currently booked to dive with you, arriving, or checked in. Each row is a visit: a customer plus a date range, linked in the background to a booking so the visit can carry payments, an agency, and a rate just like a resort or vessel stay.
Tip: In the sidebar this page sits under Dive, but because it reuses the general customer screen it's simply labelled Customer there. It's the same page as
/divecenter/guests.
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Status | See the table below |
| From / To | The visit's date range |
| Booking No. | The linked booking's reference number; click it to open that booking |
| Customer | The guest's name |
To add a guest, click +, then fill in:
- Customer — search and pick one or more guests.
- Agency, Price, Language, Currency, Commission, Terms — only asked for a brand-new visit, to build the linked booking.
- From / To dates, plus a Check-In and Check-Out time.
- Booking No. and Status (see below).
- An optional Comment.
Save, and Gurita creates the matching booking for the stay. When you reopen an existing visit, the customer is locked (you can't swap who the visit belongs to) — you can still adjust dates, status, and comment.

How a visit stays linked to its booking
- A brand-new visit's Booking No. is just a preview — once you save, Gurita creates the booking and replaces it with the real number.
- Editing an existing visit's dates, status, or comment here only updates this roster row — it doesn't change the underlying booking. To change the stay's dates, price, or agency, open the booking itself via its Booking No.
- Gurita also keeps this row synced from the booking automatically: whenever the linked booking is confirmed, cancelled, or resolved (or its dates change), this row's Status and dates update to match. Active is the one status you always set yourself, once the guest actually checks in to dive.
- The same automatic sync applies if your dive center is linked to a resort — guests booked into that resort appear here too, and update the same way whenever their booking changes.
Visit status
| On screen | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Option / Hold | Just added, not yet confirmed |
| Confirmed | Confirmed to arrive |
| Active | Currently at the dive center |
| Resolved | Visit completed and closed out |
| Cancelled | Visit called off |
Use the date-range picker and the Status multi-select in the toolbar to narrow the list (there's a select-all shortcut in the status dropdown), then click Reload to apply. The calendar icon next to it opens a month calendar of the same visits, colour-coded by status — click an entry to jump to its booking.

Note: Every guest's Customer profile also has a read-only Dive Center tab listing all of their visits — see CRM & Customers. Whether a guest counts as a diver at all is set on that same profile via their Type (Diver, Snorkeler, or None).
Who can access this: Requires the Dive center guests permission. Visible only when the Dive Center module is active and your active asset (top-bar asset switcher) is itself a Dive Center.
