The Club (guest portal)
Requires the CRM module.
The Club is a separate, guest-facing area that guests and members log into themselves. It uses its own colours, logo, and button styles, configured in Settings.
Signing in and the dashboard
Who can access this: Any guest or member with a Club account — no staff permission is involved.
Guests sign in — or self-register, if your program allows it — at the Club login page, then land on their dashboard. Self-registration only appears when Registration allowed is on in the loyalty settings, and the page carries your company's loyalty logo and Club colours.

Club dashboard
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Account Summary | Points ring, tier, balance, recent point activity, and any open surveys |
| My Profile | The guest's own master data, address, password, and any Customer Data sections your company flagged as guest-editable |
| My Preferences | Newsletter/marketing opt-in and loyalty communication switches, plus any Customer Data sections flagged for preferences |
| My Bookings | Upcoming and past stays, with quick links to pay an open deposit or fill in a guest form |
| My Bills | Open and paid invoices, expandable to line-item detail — see Finance |
| Loyalty Info | An informational page (terms, benefits) your company writes once, if configured |
The QR-code icon in the header opens a scannable version of the member's card — the same information as the staff-facing loyalty card lookup above.
On Account Summary, a points ring shows progress toward the next tier next to the current balance and tier name, followed by recent point activity and any open surveys the member can fill in. My Profile lets the member edit their own name, birthday, gender, address, and password, plus any Customer Data sections you flagged as profile fields. My Preferences carries the newsletter/marketing opt-in and the same loyalty communication switches from the staff Loyalty tab, plus any preference sections. Members only ever see their own record — never staff tabs.
Vouchers
A voucher link shows the voucher's description and, once the guest logs in, a Claim Voucher button. Claiming records it on the member's profile so it can't be claimed twice; if it was already claimed or ran out, the guest sees a clear message instead of the claim button.
The flow, step by step:
- The guest opens the voucher link and reads its description.
- If they aren't signed in, the Club login appears first.
- Signed in, they click Claim Voucher; a green tick confirms it's recorded on their profile.
- If the voucher was already used up or the code isn't found, the guest sees a clear message instead of the button.
