Cash Flow
Route: Finance → Cash Flow (/bank/cashflow)
Cash Flow summarises money in and out of your accounts over time. Choose a currency, one or more banks, and a date range, then group the results by day, week, month, or year.
Cash Flow grouped by month
The table shows, per period:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Date | The period — a day, week, month, or year, by your grouping. |
| Revenue | Total of that period's incoming entries (positive values). |
| Expenditures | Total of that period's outgoing entries, shown as a positive number. |
| Sum | Net movement: revenue minus expenditures (negative if you spent more than you took). |
A totals row at the bottom sums the whole range. Every figure is drawn from bank entries dated in the period, limited to the banks and currency you chose — so an unimported statement leaves a gap.
Tip: Cash Flow reflects the bank entries you have imported, not booking prices. Keep imports current for it to be accurate.
Who can access this: requires the Bank entries permission (view). Visible when the Bank module is active.
