Asset Payments
Route: Finance → Asset Payments (/finance/assetshare)
When a booking on one asset includes services or products provided by another of your assets (for example a dive center's course sold on a resort booking), Gurita links the two as a combination booking. The money the selling asset owes the providing asset is the revenue share, and this page tracks it between properties.
Asset Payments: incoming and outgoing revenue share
Pick a date range — it looks at combination bookings whose stay ends in that range — then use the two tabs:
- Incoming Payments — money other assets owe to the asset you are viewing, because it provided the service. Shown as one card per paying asset, with the per-currency amount and the underlying bookings.
- Outgoing Payments — money your asset owes to others for services they provided on your bookings, grouped per receiving asset.
Each figure is the value of the shared (cross-asset) lines on those bookings, in the booking's currency; the cards at the top of each tab total it per currency. The booking list under each card lets you trace a figure back to the exact reservations behind it.
Who can access this: requires the Bookings permission (view). Visible only when the Connect module is active.
