Finance: Payments, Banks & Credits
The Finance menu is where money is tracked once it leaves the booking and enters your accounts. You set up the bank accounts and cash tills you use, record and reconcile every payment, match incoming money to the right booking, manage prepaid balances (credits), and configure the rules that decide when money is due and how much commission an agency earns. This chapter is used mostly by finance and reservations staff and managers.
Note: most Finance pages appear only when the Bank module is active. Ask an administrator to turn it on under Settings if the menu is missing. See Settings & Administration.
