OTA booking updates
When your company connects online travel agencies (OTAs), incoming reservations and changes flow in automatically. The OTA updates page (/booking/ota) lists updates that need attention — especially any that failed with an error.
OTA updates with an error card
Each card shows when the update arrived, the guest and total, and the raw detail behind a More toggle. Failed updates show the error message in red. Once you have handled an update, click Mark Resolved to clear it from the list.
Who can access this: Requires the Bookings permission and the OTA module. Configuring the channel connections and room mapping is covered in Settings & Administration.
