The Booking List
The Booking List is your central table of every reservation. Open it from Booking → List in the sidebar.
Who can access this: Requires the Bookings permission. Visible when the Resort, Liveaboard, or Dive Center module is active. The price column is hidden unless you also have the Booking payments (read) permission.
Booking list with status tabs and filters
Columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | A coloured dot and the status name (see Booking statuses). A padlock icon means the booking is Resolved (closed). For an Option / Hold, the expiry date is shown in brackets. |
| Travel period | Arrival and departure dates. Click a date chip to jump the calendar to that day. |
| Transaction no. | The booking number. The label changes with the status filter: Offer no. for inquiries, Reservation no. for holds, Booking no. once confirmed. Your booking reference (if any) shows underneath. |
| Agency | The travel agent or partner who sent the booking, with their rating badge. Sales contact, sales rep, and booking owner appear here when used. |
| Trip (vessels only) | The itinerary and trip date, embarkation and disembarkation ports, and the number of nights. |
| Rooms / Cabins | The assigned rooms or cabins. Hover a room button to see who is in it. |
| Price | The total price. The colour flags the payment state: red = money still owed, green = fully paid, purple = overpaid/credit, blue = waiting list. Click it to preview the payment breakdown. See Finance. |
| Updated | When the booking last changed, and by whom. |
Tip: Use the guest toggle (the person icon above the table) to switch the Rooms column between room buttons and a full list of guest names. Your choice is remembered.
Search, filters, and saved views
- Search box — type a name, booking number, or reference to filter the list.
- Status tabs — the row of tabs across the top is a quick filter per status (All, Confirmed, Option / Hold, Inquiry, and so on).
- Filter menu (funnel icon) — add quick filters: only upcoming, only past, only non-resolved, OTA bookings, combination bookings, or switch the date basis to Created date instead of travel date.
- Date range (calendar icon) — limit the list to a travel-date (or created-date) window.
- People filters — filter by Sales rep, Booking owner, or User when those features are enabled.
- Category and Source — filter by booking category or where the booking came from.
- Asset — when your company runs several properties, pick which ones to include.
Every filter you apply is written into the page address. That means a filtered view is a saved view: bookmark the URL or paste it to a colleague, and it reopens with the same tab, filters, and date range.
Tip: Sort by any sortable column heading. Sorting by Status orders by expiry date, which is handy for chasing holds that are about to lapse.
Opening, copying, and deleting
- Open — click any row to open the Booking Detail page.
- Copy — duplicate a booking as a starting point for a similar one (not available to agency logins).
- Delete — remove a booking (requires the Bookings delete permission).
- Export — download the current list as a CSV file from the table toolbar.
Use the controls at the bottom of the table to change rows per page or move between pages.
