If your Dashboard looks different
What lands on / depends on your role. Three roles get a completely different landing screen in place of the stat cards and Booking table described above; everyone else can additionally get up to three optional panels alongside Todo and Notifications. Both are switched company-wide under Settings → Active Modules → Home screen, and fine-tuned per role under Settings → User Roles. See Settings & administration.
Front desk
A front-desk-focused role lands on an in-house guest overview for a chosen day (today, by default) instead of the stat cards and Booking table — the same idea as the Occupancy planner's Occupancy tab: a date picker, an only-occupied toggle, search, room-type filters, a metrics strip (in-house guests, arrivals, departures, on-site and open amounts), and, room by room, check-in and check-out. Resort properties only. The same compact Todo panel described above can still appear underneath it.

Dive
A diving role lands on Dive Overview — every guest currently diving, their logged dives so far, and quick actions to log a new dive or print their paperwork.
Point of sale
A point-of-sale role lands straight on the counter for the active property, ready to open or create a receipt.
Optional panels
Independently of the three roles above, an administrator can add up to three more panels next to Todo and Notifications on the standard Dashboard — each capped at a 7-day window regardless of the Days menu:
| Panel | Shows |
|---|---|
| Arrivals | Every guest arriving in the window, grouped by date with a count per day, plus quick links to the arrival list, the booking calendar, and upcoming bookings (Resort properties). |
| Birthdays | Guests with an upcoming birthday, grouped by date and sorted soonest-first, showing the age they're about to turn and a link to their customer profile. |
| Last Login (administrators only) | A timeline of sign-in attempts — success or failure, IP address, location, device — with an All / Success / Failure filter. |
Who can access this: The three landing screens are controlled per role under Settings → User Roles. The optional panels need the matching module — Arrivals, Birthdays, or Last Login — under Settings → Active Modules → Home screen; Arrivals and Birthdays also need the Bookings permission, and Last Login needs full Administrator access.
