Jump: working across connected systems
If your company runs the System Connections and Asset (Master) modules (see Active Modules), your account can be linked to other, separate Gurita accounts — typically how a travel agency works across several resorts or liveaboards it books for. Once connected:
- Your Dashboard's Booking area gets one extra Booking table per connected system, right underneath your own, titled with that system's name. For example, an agency connected to two properties sees three Booking tables in total: its own, plus one for each connected property. Unlike your own table, a connected system's table isn't limited to "recently created" — it always shows every one of that system's open Confirmed and Option / Hold bookings, however old — and it has no Days menu or Calendar / Occupancy / Show all buttons of its own; it's a read-only feed.
- The sidebar gets a shortcut into each connected system's Booking list, calendar, guest forms and reports, signed in automatically — no second password needed. See Navigation & basics.
