The Notifications feed
This feed is an automatic timeline of things that just happened: a new booking, a hold about to expire (or already released), a cancellation, a payment received or coming due, a guest form confirmed, created or resolved, a room blocked, and similar events. Each entry shows the date and time, a coloured dot, a short message, and — depending on the type — a button to open the booking, guest form, customer, bank entry or room involved.
Event types
Notifications are grouped the same way as the settings page that controls them:
| Group | Events |
|---|---|
| Bookings | New booking, new direct booking, new offer, new reservation, cancelled, resolved, rebooked, date changed. |
| Payments | Payment gets due, payment is due, payment received, bank payment received. |
| Guest Forms | Guest form created, confirmed, resolved, due (plus survey-form created and confirmed). |
| Reservations | Reservation due to be freed, reservation freed, room blocked. |
| Other | System messages such as email verification and invoice sent, whose recipients are fixed by where they're triggered. |
- The gear Configuration button (shown if you can change settings) opens the Notifications tab of your booking settings — largely superseded by the dedicated Notification settings page, where you decide which events go out, to whom, and by which channel (email or, with the WhatsApp module, WhatsApp too).
- All opens the full Notifications page, with search and a type filter, for looking back further than this feed does.
Note: This feed isn't tied to the Days menu above the Booking table — changing that doesn't add older entries here. It always shows your most recent notifications (up to 50), newest first.

Who can access this: Requires the Events permission; internal staff accounts only. An administrator can turn this panel off entirely via the Notifications switch under Settings → Active Modules → Home screen.
