The Todo panel
A todo is a short task for your team, optionally linked to a booking — for example, "Collect dive certification" or "Call the guest to reconfirm the transfer time." This panel lists up to 30 open todos, sorted by due date (soonest first), and is read-only — see below for where to act on one.
- An overdue, still-open todo shows in red with a small alarm-clock icon.
- A completed todo shows with its text struck through. Since this panel only ever loads open todos, a task you've just checked off here stays visible (struck through) only until the panel next reloads — after that it drops off the list.
- Any other todo shows in plain text, with its due date and the staff member it's assigned to on the right.
To act on a todo — check it off, add, edit, reassign or delete one — use one of the two All controls:
- The toggle (a switch icon) flips this panel between everyone's todos and just your own; it starts on "everyone's".
- The plain All button (list icon) opens the full Todo page, where those actions live:
- Click the status circle to check a todo off or reopen it (a small spinner shows while it saves).
- The pencil opens the edit dialog — change the text or due date, or reassign it to someone else.
- The trash can deletes it; + creates a new one.
- Expand a row to read its full description, if one was added.
- Filter with the All / Open / Resolved toggle, an upcoming only checkbox, a user picker, and search.
Todos are created two ways:
- Manually — staff add one from a booking, or from the full Todo page.
- Automatically — an administrator sets up a todo definition: a task template timed relative to the trip, for example "Collect dive certification, 7 days before trip starts." Every booking that qualifies gets its own copy of each todo in the assigned group. See Todo definitions.

Who can access this: Requires the Todo permission; internal staff accounts only (not agencies or guests). An administrator can turn this panel off entirely via the Tasks switch under Settings → Active Modules → Home screen.
