What Gurita is

Gurita replaces the spreadsheets, separate booking tools and paper folios that most resorts and dive operators juggle. From a single login your team can:

• Take reservations for resort stays and for cabins on scheduled boat trips.
• Keep one guest profile per customer, with contact details, history and pre-arrival forms.
• Run a guest's whole bill (the folio) and issue invoices.
• Sell food, drinks, equipment and courses at the point of sale.
• Plan and log dives, dive sites and boats.
• Handle payments, bank entries, agent and customer credits, and cash flow.
• See the numbers: occupancy, revenue, trip performance and dive activity.

Everything is web-based, so staff at the front desk, the bar, the dive deck and the back office all work from the same live data.

Open Gurita in any modern browser and sign in with the email and password your administrator set up for you — there is no separate app to install.
