Conventions used in this guide

A few patterns repeat on almost every page in this guide, so it helps to know them before you dive in:

• Bold text marks a button, menu path, field label, or on-screen status exactly as it appears in the app — for example, select Save, or open Booking → List.
• Callout boxes flag things worth pausing for: a Note adds background or a detail that's easy to miss, a Tip points to a shortcut or a better way to do something, and a Warning marks an action you cannot undo or one that affects everyone in your company.
• A "Who can access this" line appears on most pages, naming the permission and the module a page or button needs — for example "Requires the Bookings permission. Visible when the Resort or Liveaboard module is active." If something this guide describes is missing from your screen, that line is the first thing to check with your administrator.
• Screenshots show the real screen so you can match it to what's in front of you. Yours may look slightly different depending on your company's active modules, your permissions, your chosen language, and your branding — that's expected, not a sign something is wrong.
