Payment links & guest forms
Payment links and guest forms are personal, token-protected pages Gurita creates for one guest. You can send guests to them from your own website, booking emails or customer portal — as long as you use the exact link Gurita gives you.
Payment links
A payment link opens a payment page for one specific bill. Guests don't need a login. Payment links look like this:
https://YOUR-DOMAIN/api/pl/<token>The address redirects the guest to the right payment page for that bill.
- Staff create them in Gurita and can copy, email or show them as a QR code. See Payment links in the user guide.
- They expire. Each link has an expiry, set when it is created. Staff can also revoke a link at any time.
- Expired or revoked links show a view-only bill — the amount and items, but no Pay button. The guest needs a new link.
- Unknown tokens redirect to your Gurita home page.
Guest forms
A guest form is the page where a guest fills in their details before arrival — passport data, certifications, emergency contacts and so on. Each guest gets a personal link with its own access token, so no login is needed.
- Staff copy or email the link from the booking or the guest form list. See Guest forms in the user guide.
- The link closes once the trip has started or the form has been marked as resolved — unless your system is set up to keep forms open.
Linking from your own site or emails
- Use the link exactly as Gurita gives it to you. Never build these addresses yourself — the token is what grants access.
- Treat links like passwords. Anyone holding a link can open that guest's page. Send it only to the guest, over HTTPS, and keep it out of analytics, logs and public pages.
- Don't cache or reuse old links. Payment links expire or get revoked, and guest form links close after arrival. Always send the current link.
- Prefer Gurita's own emails where you can. Gurita's mail templates insert the right link automatically.
