What's new

• Hotel KPI dashboard — occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), RevPAR, length of stay, booking lead time, and cancellation rate — per property, over time, refreshed automatically every night.
• WhatsApp messages — booking confirmations and updates can now reach your guests on WhatsApp, where they actually read messages.
• Transfer planning — airport pickups and boat shuttles planned inside Gurita: vehicles with seat capacity, pickup locations, multi-stop routes, guests added straight from their bookings, conflict warnings, and a printable driver manifest.
• Fillable PDF forms — attach official forms (registration cards, dive association paperwork) to your mail templates and they complete themselves from booking data.
• No-show handling — mark a guest as a no-show at check-in: the room frees up in your occupancy view while the booking and billing stay intact.
• LittleHotelier import — switching to Gurita? Bring your bookings and guest list over via simple CSV import.
• POS receipts & menu categories — print proper thermal receipts from the POS, and organize your POS menu into categories.

Improved & fixed

• Duplicate-booking warning — Gurita now flags when the same room appears to be booked twice.
• Quick account switching — jump between accounts without logging out.
• Secure, expiring links for guest forms.
