Find exactly the right guests: the new filter builder
"All German guests who stayed in Berlin or Hamburg, with more than one visit" used to be the kind of question you answered with a spreadsheet export and ten minutes of sorting. The customer list now answers it while you type.
Conditions, not checkboxes
Click Filter on the customer list and build your segment one plain-language row at a time: a field, a comparison, a value. Combine rows with AND or OR, and add a subgroup when you need both at once — Country is Germany AND (City contains Berlin OR City contains Hamburg).

The badge in the corner is the part we love most: it counts the matches live while you build — "18 of 472 matches" — before the list itself changes. Adjust a value, watch the number move, and you know your segment is right before you apply it.
Every customer field your company has configured is available — contact and address data, your custom sections, tags, loyalty status, and lifetime stats like number of stays and revenue. The field picker is searchable and grouped by category, so fifty-plus fields stay manageable.

Comparisons adapt to the field: text offers contains, starts with, or is empty; dates offer on, before, after, and between; numbers offer the usual math. Fields you filter on appear as extra columns in the list, so you see the values you filtered by.
Saved filters are team views
Save a segment under a name and it becomes a chip above the builder and a one-click entry in the sidebar — for everyone on the account. Load a saved filter, tweak it, and press Update to change it in place: sidebar links keep working, and any scheduled mail using that segment keeps targeting the right people. Deleting a saved filter asks first — and warns you if an automated campaign still depends on it.
Your existing saved filters keep working, by the way. Open one and it appears in the new builder, ready to edit.
Email the segment — and know who gets it
Send Mail in the builder footer opens the bulk-email dialog for the current segment. It now shows two numbers side by side: how many customers match, and how many of them have an e-mail address — because only those can receive your message. No more guessing why a campaign reached fewer people than the list suggested. Download next to it exports the same segment as CSV.

Agencies got it too
The agency list uses the same builder — name, type, country, rating, commission, and more, with the same saved filters and CSV export. One detail worth knowing: pick a country condition first, and the State field offers that country's states.

The new builder is live for all accounts — open Master Data → Customers → All Customers and click Filter. The full manual is in CRM & Customers → Filtering customers.
